Truck terminal on new location

We are glad to announce that starting from January 2024, we are opening a new Truck Parking Area – P2 in the Sermin area, in the immediate vicinity of the Truck Gate 2 – Sermin. Please note that as of January 2024, the so-far existing parking area will be closed and all services moved to the new location P2 (Sermin). At the same time, we will also open the Truck Parking Area – P3, located near the Truck Gate 3 – Bertoki.

Services and facilities at the P2:

• Opening hours: 24/7
• the area is illuminated, controlled with surveillance cameras and assisted by staff
• Issuing point for single entry permits to the port. Please note that from 4 January 2024, the permits will be issued only at P2
• P2-DocsBox – boxes for document exchange between truck drivers and freight forwarders are available
• VBS self-service machine
• PrintBox self-service machine
• In the vicinity of the P2, there are 15 offices for freight forwarders’ offices (P2-Sped), parking lots for office tenants and P2-DocsBox renters – 10 parking lots for short-term car stops
• WC, rest room with snacks & drinks vending machines, and outdoor fitness equipment

Parking info

• The Parking P2 is available to all trucks until all capacities are filled. The parking is charged on a time-of-stay basis according to the Price List
• Monthly parking card is not available, parking reservations are not possible,
• Payment for services is possible by credit card, pre-paid system and cash.

Parking info

• The Parking P3 is available to all trucks until all capacities are filled. The parking is charged on a time-of-stay basis according to the Price List
• Monthly parking card is not available, parking reservations are not possible
• Payment exclusively by bank card only (VISA, Mastercard)

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Opening hours of the Sermin and Bertoki truck gates are unchanged,
• There are no free parking areas or walking areas at the P2 and P3. Therefore, vehicles are not allowed to stop on the access roads to P2 and P3
• Use of P2-DocsBox and P3-DocsBox: at each location, one half of the boxes are designed for issuing (dispensing) documents and the other half for the reception of documents. To open an issuing box, the entering of DocsBox number and its PIN is required. The reception boxes have an opening (slot) and a conventional lock.
• Truck drivers are kindly requested to follow the VBS guidance regarding the recommended entrance.
